You will need a Library ID and Password in order to login to any library resource off-campus. If you have forgotten your password or never created one, you may click on the Set/Reset Password link, as shown in the previous image. An email will be sent to your WCU e-mail address with instructions on how to create a password.
When you receive the email, there will be a link included that will forward you to the Change Password page as shown in the image below. Where it asks for a Library ID, you will enter the beginning of your WCU e-mail address containing your name (before the @u.westcoastuniversity.edu), and then you will create a password. Changing your password here will not change your Canvas or Portal password.
If you do not receive a message to reset your password within 24 hours, please contact your campus library. This may be a result of having an incorrect or outdated email under your library account.
