When your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive two separate emails. The first email will confirm your order. The second email will confirm shipment of your order and will contain a tracking number. If you did not receive an order or shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If your confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact BNC Customer Service.
Domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 pm CST/CDT on Friday will ship the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Depending on your shipment method, you can follow the progress of your shipment via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. You can also track your order by going to the order history in your account and click on the tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
Digital content, eBooks, access codes, and other online content are emailed to you at the email address associated with your account.
