WCU Textbooks & Curricular Materials

Access codes are emailed to students and listed in the Digital Content of their bookstore account.  All the Pearson MyLab codes are now fulfilled via VitalSource.  To reveal your access code, follow these steps after you complete your purchase.

1.  Log in to your account for the Virtual Bookstore.

2.  Click on Menu > View Your Digital Content.

 

3.  Click on Access Content. This will take you to the online VitalSource Bookshelf.

 

4.  You will be prompted to enter your email address.  If you have an account with VitalSource you will be asked to sign in.  If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one, and you will then be presented with the End User License Agreement.

 

To reveal your code:

1.  From the website, please click the Circle with a Silhouette in the upper right-hand corner and click on Resources.

2.  Along the top, under the Resources heading, click on Access Codes.

3.  You will see your item listed.  To the far right click on "Reveal" to reveal your code.

4.  Next, please click on "Copy" to copy the code.

5.  Redeem the code through your course in Canvas.

 

If you are taken directly to your VitalSource Bookshelf without being given the option to create an account, please follow the below instructions.

1.  Please click on the Home Page option (this will be the image of a house in the upper left-hand corner). This will take you to the VitalSource home page.

2.  On this page you will see a Circle with a Silhouette in the upper right-hand corner. Please click on this.

3.  You should now see the option that says, "Complete Your Account". Please click on this and it will walk you through creating an account for VitalSource.
